Eternia, a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) of Hindalco Industries Limited under the Aditya Birla Group, is inviting applications from motivated and high-performing Chartered Accountancy (CA) students for its Industrial Training program.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who aspire to go beyond traditional finance roles and step into a dynamic business environment that closely mirrors a management consulting profile. As an Industrial Trainee at Eternia, you will be actively involved in initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency. Your core responsibilities will include:
- 1)Conducting in-depth Business Analytics to uncover performance trends and strategic insights.
- 2)Working on Channel Enablement and Development projects, improving the effectiveness of dealer and retail networks.
- 3)Analyzing Sales Performance, identifying key Revenue Drivers, and evaluating profitability levers.
- 4)Reviewing dealer operations, resource allocation, and identifying bottlenecks in the business value chain.
- 5)Contributing to market research, competitive benchmarking, and strategy formulation across multiple business dimensions.
