Hiring: CA Industrial Trainee – Finance (Revenue & Controls) in India's biggest Media & Advertising Company

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for a motivated Chartered Accountancy Industrial Trainee who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in finance, revenue processes, and industry‑standard controls. This role offers exposure to core accounting operations, monthly close activities, and cross‑functional collaboration within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Monthly Revenue Accrual
- Preparation and validation of monthly revenue accruals in line with organizational policies.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation of accrual workings.

2. SOX Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare detailed working files required for monthly SOX reporting submissions.
- Support various deliverables ensuring high-quality submissions within stringent timelines.
- Assist in strengthening internal controls through documentation, testing, and remediation tracking.

3. Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with process owners, finance teams, and business stakeholders to:
- Gather inputs for monthly revenue accruals
- Rectify erroneous entries
- Ensure smooth and timely closure of monthly financial submissions

Key Skills

Who Should Apply
- Candidates pursuing CA (Intermediate cleared) and eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI norms.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to accounting/ERP systems is a plus.
