Description
Ascentium India (formerly InCorp Advisory) is looking for talented individuals for its Investment Banking practice based in Mumbai (BKC).
Role & Responsibilities:
· Assist in end-to-end execution of investment banking transactions including debt and equity mandates.
· Support preparation of collaterals such as Information Memorandums (IMs), investor presentations, pitch decks, and financial teasers for clients across sectors.
· Financial analysis, financial modelling, and valuation support to evaluate funding requirements and transaction structures.
· Conduct industry research, market mapping, and investor/lender identification for potential fundraising opportunities.
· Assist in deal execution activities including data room management, due diligence coordination, and transaction documentation.
· Support the team in interactions with banks, NBFCs, private credit funds, and equity investors during the fundraising process.
· Work closely with promoters and senior management members in structuring and closing capital raising transactions.
Key Skills
Eligibility Criteria:
· CA Intermediate both groups passed (January 2026 attempt only)
· Strong oral and written communication skills; proficiency in MS Office is preferred
Mode: Work from Office (Mumbai – BKC)
Joining timeline: Immediate
Stipend:
· First Year: INR 12,000 p.m.
· Second Year: INR 16,000 p.m.
