Description
We are looking for a CA Intern to join our FP&A team and support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
- Analyse manufacturing costs, overheads & efficiency
- Support in preparation of MIS reports & dashboards
- Work with supply chain, plant, and finance teams
- Help automate and streamline reporting processes
Sample Projects You May Work On:
- Process Design & Documentation
- Develop SOPs and workflows for Month-End Close (MEC) and PVM Bridge Process
- Document configuration differences across systems for MME (Market Manufacturing Entities)
- Create SOPs for existing finance processes to enhance standardization and audit-readiness
- System Implementation & Testing
- Support scoping and UAT
- Coordinate and follow up with the Digital Solutions (DS) team on FLM (Front Line Management) enhancement
- Business Planning & Analytics
- Assist in setting up benchmarking processes for cost and performance comparison
- Build SKU-level production volume forecasting models
- Conduct capacity analysis across manufacturing sites
- Cost & Profitability Analysis
- Standardize inter-BU cost recharge mechanisms and processes
- Analyze customer mix impact on freight costs
- Model under/over recovery for key cost components
- Reporting & Automation
- Support integration of Excel-based models into Power BI for interactive dashboards and automated reporting
