🚨We’re Hiring: Opportunity for Article Assistants / Candidates in out Direct Tax Litigation Team⚖️
We are looking for 2-3 sincere and driven Article Assistants or candidates who want hands-on exposure in:-
🔍 Analysis of seized materials, recorded statements & digital data
📑 Preparing fund flow statements and cash trail mapping
📚 Strategizing post-search assessment defenses under Sections 153A/153C, 158BC/158BD, 143(3), 148, etc.
🧾 Drafting high-quality legal submissions for CIT(A) & ITAT appeals
⚖️ Assisting in tax opinions, legal research, and due diligence in complex tax matters
🛡️ Building strategic defenses to protect client interest in search cases
You will work directly on live litigation files, gaining exposure in real-time representation, legal drafting, and appellate strategy.
