Description
We’re hiring an Analyst with 1–2 years of experience in Deal or Transaction Advisory for our investment banking team.
Work Location: BKC , Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials such as Information Memorandums (IMs) and financial models to support clients in fund-raising activities (both debt and equity).
- Support in structuring proposals for large-scale Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects in the infrastructure sector, covering aspects such as financial closure, refinancing, investments, and divestments.
- Participate in negotiations of commercial terms and conditions with investors and lenders.
- Ensure that all negotiated commercial terms are accurately reflected in legal documentation.
- Provide advisory support on Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity Placements, and Structured Debt transactions.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential start-ups across Seed, Series A, and Series B funding rounds.
- Conduct analysis and evaluations of market trends, historic deals, and emerging investment opportunities; draft insights and commentary on the same.
Key Skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant and/or CFA. in 3 attempts or less
- 1-2 years of experience with a Big 4 from DD/ Tax/ Transaction Advisory background.
- Prior experience in investment banking or debt syndication, with hands-on involvement in similar transactions.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and valuation analysis
