🔹 We’re Hiring | Company Secretary (CS Professional – Fresher)
📍 Location: Bhopal
We are looking for a CS Professional (ICSI Membership mandatory) to join our organization at our Bhopal office. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to start their career in corporate compliance and governance.
Key responsibilities
• ROC and MCA compliances
• Maintaining statutory registers and records
• Drafting notices, agendas, and minutes
• Supporting Board and General Meetings
• Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act and related laws
• Coordinating with auditors and regulatory authorities
Eligibility
• CS Professional qualified with a valid ICSI membership
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
• Good knowledge of corporate laws and documentation
• Willing to work on-site in Bhopal
