Description

Interested in working in finance, specifically in investment banking, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Industrial Placement Program within our Global Banking business.
You’ll get to:
• evaluate companies and help develop models for Mergers and Acquisitions transactions
• prepare industry analyses for pitches
• get involved in the execution of live deals

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Banking team in Mumbai. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:
• want to be an active part of the front end investment banking team of UBS India which involves being a part of both live transactions as well as pitch work for the clients.t
• can assist the team executing ECM, Mergers and Acquisitions and DCM deals
• can help analyze and prepare the financial statements
• is willing to help prepare pitches, information memorandums and financial models
• will actively coordinate with internal stakeholders for execution of deal
• will maintain internal databases to help with actively reaching out to investors
