We are excited to announce an opportunity for CA individuals interested in joining our Finance DSS team as Industrial Trainees for a one-year articleship. The position is based in Gurgaon and requires working onsite five days a week.
Key Responsibilities Include -
Capital Expenditure Analysis and Evaluation :
- Monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting of actual Capex spends.
- Coordination with the ACE accounting team and Capex owners for inputs and updates.
- Assisting in cost benchmarking exercises, including variance reasoning.
- Preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and validating the accuracy of all Capex reporting parameters
- Implementing strong controls on reclassification and adjustments for relevant period comparisons.
Likely Capex Projections and CWIP Reduction Governance:
- Preparation of likely Capex projections in coordination with SCM and relevant teams.
- Maintaining trackers, analysis tools, and models for accurate reporting to management.
- Budget tracking and monthly reporting for capital expenditure and inventory.
- Providing performance insights and commentaries.
- CWIP reporting to ensure efficiency and reduce CWIP in alignment with Opco’s.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Ensuring timely availability of accurate data in reporting.
- Maintaining strong controls for any Capex reporting adjustments and reclassifications.
- Prioritizing completeness, accuracy, and timeliness in all reporting decisions in line with the Decision Support team.
