We are looking for a CA Industrial Trainee to join our Internal Audit team. This role offers hands-on exposure across P2P, O2C, IFC, Risk Management, and Process Improvements.
What you’ll do:
· Support in developing a risk-based internal audit plan aligned with organizational goals & compliance.
· Review and evaluate internal controls (including P2P & O2C cycles), identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
· Conduct audits, prepare reports, and track implementation of recommendations.
· Collaborate with teams to enhance processes, governance, and controls.
What we seek: Experience in P2P, O2C, IFC. Strong analytical skills, good communication, and eagerness to learn. An excellent opportunity to gain core Internal Audit exposure and build a solid foundation for your CA career.
