Job Description
This role is responsible for ensuring that BAU issues are addressed in various projects and transiting the solution into BAU successfully. The role is also responsible for key stakeholder engagement and building the right organizational strength and capabilities within the team.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Role Responsibilities
- Provide guidance / support to Projects to drive strategic solution in-line with the business needs
- Ensure that BAU requirements are delivered within the scope of the projects
- Oversee the management of key risks and issues and drive resolution
- Comply, Monitor, Validate and Report all Key Performance Indicators within the overall service delivery framework. This includes identification, measurement, monitoring and control of all thresholds set as part of Governance Framework of the bank
- Establish adequate documentation around new functionalities, Processes, SLA changes, Target Operating Model and other Operational Checklists.
- Actively participate and contribute in all ongoing change management initiatives to enhance the Liquidity Reporting framework that is aligned with the regulatory and bank’s technology objectives
- Proactively drive resolution of data quality issues affecting Liquidity KPIs (e.g. LCR, NSFR etc.) by working with various stakeholders
Your Skills and experience
Your Experience and qualifications
- Finance Professionals (Chartered Accountant) or Under-Graduation in Engineering + MBA (Finance)
- Strong experience in managing projects; exposure to reporting function will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Good understanding of banking products / Operations
- Domain skills on project management, Basel Reporting / Regulatory Reporting, Liquidity Management or Reporting, Liquidity Coverage Ratio, Net Stable Funding Ratio, Asset-Liability Management or other Balance Sheet reporting
- Any other Professional certification like PMP, FRM or CFA will be an added advantage
