Job Description

Will be responsible for managing accounting operations, MIS and reporting and process and system implementation.

Preparation of USGAAP, INDAS Financials, management accounts for all JT companies (US & India)  -  Coordination with Biosys accounting team,; Research on accounting and reporting issues in line with accounting standards, CARO, Companies Act, and FEMA etc.

Manage accounting ops - Cost Accounting, Revenue Recognition & GL review

Closing and reporting - Manage month-end, quarter end and year-end financial closing; Hyperion consolidation and reporting

Process and systems implementation - Streamline Vendor/consultants/external collaborators payment process, ERP implementation, Coordination with Supply chain and IT team

Manage Audits, Risk and compliance - Coordination with Statutory auditors / Corporate Finance teams; SOX, ICFR compliances, Manage and comply reporting requirements and tax filings -GST & Direct tax and XBRL etc, Maintain and strengthen internal controls.

External Interfaces - Vendors, consultants, external collaborators for JT

Internal Interfaces - Biosys – Accounting, SCM, IT, Corporate Accounting team

Your Experience and qualifications

Incumbent should be a CA with 8 - 10 years of experience. Should have clear understanding of USGAAP, INDAS Financials, and management accounting.

Accounting & financial reporting – IND AS/USGAAP
Statutory Audit
Systems – ERP (SAP), Hyperion
Life Sciences/ Biotech/Big 4 experience preferred
