Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Senior/ Finance Manager to be part of our growing team. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Finance, India and will work closely with the HQ Finance team (in Singapore) in ensuring smooth day to day finance and accounts operations as well as finance reporting. As PDG executes our aggressive growth plans, the successful candidate will also be working closely and in support of the business stakeholders to meet the business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure PDG's day-to-day finance and accounts operations are accurate, effective and abide by PDG’s policies and procedures
● Perform full set of accounting functions as assigned including, but not limited to review of BS and PL on monthly basis, preparation of journal entries, processing of vendor bills and payments
● Ensure regulatory compliance including, but not limited to GST and TDS filing, Income tax and other RBI related compliance matters
● Participate in the monthly closing procedure, ensuring all accounts are in order and can be closed in a timely manner
● Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
● Assist in annual budgetary process and month rolling forecast projection
● Prepare financial reporting to Management on analyzed accounting data
● Liaise with Operation team to review CAPEX spent and budget
● Participate in audit and tax procedures
● Liaise with Procurement on PR and PO approval process with regional office
● Continuous process improvement to increase Finance operational effectiveness

Requirement
● Chartered Accountant
● Minimum 6 years of working experience in both audit and commercial fields (preferred experience in MNC company)
● Experience in Big Four is an advantage
● Good working attitude, flexible, willing to learn, responsible and able to think on big picture
● Ability to manage and prioritize to meet deliverables in a fast pace environment
● Hands on experience and work independently or as a team and collaborate in a matrix-organization
● Experience with Oracle NetSuite preferred
● Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint)
