Responsible for Transaction Banking  

II.  

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (List the major responsibilities of the job)  

➔ Assisting in Debt & Fund Management – Optimum utilization of funds  
Ensure optimal balances in the bank accounts for business needs  
Prepare and submit borrowing applications to the bank  

➔ Transaction Banking  
Interaction with banks for day-to-day transactions  
Assisting in domestic & cross border payment processing  
Ensure timely closure of Bill of Entries in IDPMS system  
Ensure timely closure of Shipping Bills in EDPMS system  
Cash Management  
Maintaining Electronic Collection & Payments Platform  
Corporate Credit Card Program Administration  

➔ System Admin for all the Bank Accounts and all the entities  
Managing user setup for net banking  
Work as an administrator to set approved authority matrix on the net banking platform  
Ensure timely updation of Bank Signatories in the bank accounts  
Work with Corporate Treasury for user setup and updation  
Maintain KYC of all the users and submit to the banks on timely basis  
Ensure smooth processing of net banking platform of the banks without any technical issues.  
Bank account operation including opening new accounts, net banking setup, etc.  

➔ Assisting in Month Close activities, Accounting and Preparation of Bank Reconciliation:  
Timely Bank Reconciliation and ensure closure of all the open entries  
To ensure month close activities & relevant schedules are submitted as per timelines  
Provide relevant information to Auditors – Statutory, Internal and SOX.  

➔ Business Support for banking related matters  
Bank Certification  
Bank Statement  
Collection tracker  
FIRC, etc.  
Handling banking & financing documents

Your Skills and experience

Your Experience and qualifications

Inter CA / B.Com  

3 to 5 years of experience in treasury and Finance   (Eg: Minimum amount of directly related work  experience.)  

Good knowledge of Excel & MS Office, ERP  

- Excellent communication skills with external & internal stakeholders
