SOX for Gurgaon location
Designation: B2 – Senior Analyst
Shift Time: 12 pm to 9.30 pm (should be flexible with shifts)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, COSO 2013, PCAOB Auditing Standards, Sarbanes-Oxley, risk and controls standards and business process best practices
• Familiarity with Business Process Controls and understanding of applications and related technology
• Strong understanding of Financial controls related to financial reporting.
• Ability to understand broader implications of business matters while considering operational risk
• SOX and internal controls experience
• Understanding of Asset Management (RIA/Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate products) and clients is a plus
• Ability to summarize SOX testing exceptions, identify deficiencies and develop recommendations
• Familiarity with financial and accounting reporting systems and audit software is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong technical, analytical, and excel/spreadsheet skills

Your Skills and experience

Your Experience and qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
• An appropriate certification in accounting and/or auditing is preferred, including a CPA, CA, and/or CIA (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience, skills and knowledge with IIA Professional Practices and Standards
• Experience in an internal audit or internal control testing role; Experience with similar internal audit roles in large organizations or with Big 4 audit firms highly preferred
