1. Preparing internal reports for leadership team and supporting their decision making.
2. Creating, updating, and maintaining financial models and detailed forecasts of the company's future operations
3. Working with individual departments to prepare budgets and consolidate them into one overall corporate budget
4. Comparing historical results against budgets and forecasts, performing variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements.
5. Mapping out growth plans, including capital expenditures and investments. Generating three-to five-year financial forecasts.
6. Develop appropriate internal controls and accounting procedures.
7.Liaise with external auditors and third party advisors.
