Job Description

The incumbent will be leading investor relations for Godrej Agrovet & contribute to the ultimate objective of increasing market capitalization

- Overseeing the complete investor relations for Godrej Agrovet 

- Evaluating, improving and maintaining positive relationships with shareholders and investors 

- Extending investor relationship program to the vested investment community and the public

-Extend the spread of existing investors and add new investors, build strong relations with investor community 

- Communicating the financial expectations of the investment community back to the management and counseling the management to reach the goals 

- Monitor investment research and share competitor research information to the CFO 

- Convey investment community feedback to the senior management 

- Fulfill the role of a public spokesperson, if the need arises 

-- Collaborating with internal stakeholders
