Job Description
In this role you will support the Deloitte UK Member Firm Workplace services business reporting needs, including involvement with the management and upload of data, production of reports, and assisting with analytics and evidence based recommendations through use of reporting/analytics tools such as Qlikview & Tableau.
The primary function of the Information Reporting Analyst will be to manage data from various sources, enabling the UK team to produce reports based on management information. The position requires a solid understanding of ETL architecture and designing informative dashboards. Experience with design, development, and data refresh in Tableau is required.
The position will be in India, as part of the Deloitte UK Member Firm Digital Workplace team and will interact closely with the UK Manager in understanding work requests and requirements. Oversight of day to day activities will be provided by the UK Real Estate Assistant Manager, under the direction of the U.S. Project Finance & Compliance Sr. Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
• Create and Maintain Reporting, ETL architecture and framework
• Design dashboards in tableau from scratch as per the set standards
• Design solutions for client/customer analytical needs using data visualization technologies
• Experienced in writing calculations and is aware of the Tableau order of operations
• Work as a team in defining the data sources for the dashboard
• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards in tableau
• Perform and document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design
• Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborate with team to integrate new systems

Qualifications
• Business degree or post-graduation degree in business and/or technology-related minor; experience with Business Information reporting tools - Tableau
• 1 to 3 years relevant professional work experience with specific experience in reporting and analytics, understanding end user information reporting requirements, Tableau dashboards design and development
• Knowledge in Tableau desktop, Tableau server, ETL framework
• Experience working with a US or UK company; understanding of US/UK business culture and desire to increase this skill set through experiential learning
• Tableau developer and/or designer certification desired
• Exposure towards MS Excel, SQL and/or python
