Our Gold Loan team play an active part in creating a positive energy and atmosphere and seeking out someone who has strong teamwork skills. We are seeking a highly-skilled Manager to join our Finance team. We provide preferred solution for all your financial needs with our tailor made schemes.

With us you will be responsible for

• Handling  documentation for various types of borrowings pre and post
• Handling data requirements of various lenders/ rating agencies/ regulator by liaising with various functions
• Various compliance requirements for treasury products and updation in excel
• Obtaining and Submission of data to regulators
• ALM filings with RBI
• Rating agency compliances
• CP issuance process and docs related thereto
• Handling audits- Internal/ External/ RBI
• Handling securitization payouts
• Handling stock audits
• Handling documentation of transactions relating to LCR/ Investments/ ICDs
• Tracking of covenants for various borrowings and ensuring compliance
• Execution of transactions, be it borrowings, investments, funds tfr, interest payments etc
• Handling Regulatory reporting and generating relevant data
• Participating in systems development
• Liasion with legal and secretarial on any of the above matters
• Interaction with bodies like exchanges, depositories
• Tracking Valuations, various limits
• Execution of documents/ Registration of documents
• Daily fund flow management and monthly closing .
