Job Description

We are recruiting for a Consultant and Assistant Manager in the Corporate Finance -Business Valuation team. In this role, you will be expected to:

— Independently execute valuation engagements incl. PPA - ASC 805, goodwill and asset impairment analyses (ASC 350/360), valuations of stock options under ASC 718 and IRC §409A and audit reviews

— Perform financial and operational benchmarking

— Structure and write majority sections of valuation reports and memos, including business overview, industry overview and valuation sections

— Perform business valuation model reviews

— Review the work of/guide team members. Assistant Managers will lead and coach a team of business valuation professionals

— Build strong professional relationship with onshore teams through project work

Mandatory Skills

— Qualifications: CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & Investment Management)

— Total Experience:

Consultant:The candidate must have 3 to 5 years of working experience in either Corporate Finance or valuation roles

Assistant Manager: The candidate must have 5 to 8 years of working experience in business valuation roles

— Command over financial statements and financial ratios

— Command over advanced valuation techniques for business and intangible valuations
