Our Head Office is located in the heart of the capital city at Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi (India) and being in close proximity to the Registrar of Companies, Reserve Bank of India and Department of Income Tax and Indirect Taxes, we are able to provide prompt and efficient service to our clients. We also have a branch office in Patna and we are actively looking to expand to other cities. Our prime focus areas for expansion are Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai  and Kochi.

Exactitude Advisors Private Limited was incorporated on April, 2013 with a vision to provide sound financial, legal and taxation advisory and services by a team of Chartered Accountants and Lawyers who mooted the idea of creating a single-stop solutions for all the financial, legal and taxation needs of a body corporate in India and foreign companies seeking to set up an entry in India. 

It has been four years’ journey and we have been able to conquer several milestones. We have expanded our team to 6 partners and 20 staffs, each of them has their areas of experience and expertise who work relentlessly to deliver value and quality.

In this short journey, we have established another branch at Patna and are aggressively looking for other such opportunities in the other tier-II and tier-III cities.
