CA Industrial Trainees for the Private Equity team of Motilal Oswal.
Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)
Education & Experience:
1) Candidates should have cleared CA Intermediate / IPCC exam
2) Candidates should be rank holders in CA Foundation / Intermediate exam
3) Candidates should have completed minimum 2 years of articleship experience with Big 5 firms.
Job Summary:
We are looking for candidates who are willing to undergo industrial training for a period of 9-12 months with our Private Equity platform during the last year of their practical training (Articleship). Candidate would assist the investment team in evaluating investment opportunities including industry research, financial modelling, business due-diligence, preparation of investment memos / internal investment notes / deal analysis dockets as well as assist in monitoring of portfolio companies. The person would be an integral part of the deal team and get an exposure/ experience across the private equity domain.
