Job Description
The role holder is primarily responsible for transaction processing, inputting, compiling internal MIS, compiling regulatory data and performing reconciliation as applicable.
1. Handling Bullion Deliveries
2. Verifying and Authorizing bullion trades
3. Vendor Payments.
4. Supplier Payments.
5. Bullion Consignment Clearance and Stock Transfers
6. Liaising with Logistic Partners / Clearing Agent for Consignment clearance and Stock Transfer.
7. Stock Reconciliation with Logistic Partners
8. Handling Bond Cancellation Documentation
9. 90 days Export Follow-up with Customer and submit necessary documents for audit.
10. Following up eBRC for those EPM where ageing is more than 180 days.
11. Furnishing data for Audit Queries
12. As and when other task assigns
