Job Description

• Ensure credit control effectiveness through robust credit control process (viz, credit assessments, credit check controls, appointments etc)
• Ensure timely settlement of customer rebates and claims as per approved schemes
• Ensure timely submission of credit insurance claims and its settlement by closely working with internal and external teams
• Maintain security deposit of retail customers covering aspects of creation and adjustment Ensure accounting of collection of retail business in system
• Assist in successful closure of statutory and internal audits and observations
• Prepare and analyse MIS of various reports
• Act as custodian to critical finance documents of Business
• Adhere to company department policies and SOPs (as applicable)
