FINANCE -1

• 1. Knowledge of Bank Guarantees & Letter of Credit (Domestic & International)
• 2. Managing Forex remittances and payment of import Bills
• 3. Maintaining strong relationships and communication with banks.
• 4. Assisting the team with various Business Units for Bank Guarantees & Letter of Credit
• 5. Compliance knowledge related to IDPMS/ EDPMS and submission of timely data to the bank
• 6. Preparation of MIS related to Remittances / BGs/ Letter of Credit

INSURANCE - 1

1. Handling insurance portfolio
2. Arranging Insurance quotes from the various insurers, comparison and negotiation w.r.t. policy coverage & premium for final placement.
3. Continuously review existing Policies & Program and identify cost reduction possibilities
4. Compilation and preparation of claim documents
5. Impletion of various MIS on Insurance
6. Booking of insurance expenses and dealing with Statutory Auditor/ Internal Auditor for insurance-related matters.
