The incumbent will be responsible to work as a FP&A Analyst for RBIS India in order to provide high quality explanations to the business. Thuis role will report to the country head of Finance.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Coordinate with internal team for on time various reporting
Reporting and analysis, including interpretation and summarization of results with the appropriate analysis and recommendations to improve business performance.
Pricing analysis and contribution margin analysis on a regular basis.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting
Monitoring Capital expenditures projects
Research data and prepare various reports, gathering, summarizing & analyzing data.
Working with a cross functional team to ensure various savings projects are initiated & tracked on a monthly basis.
HFM reporting activities (uploading, submitting)
Perform Ad-hoc analysis for country Business Unit director (On Operational & Financial Data)
Co-ordinating & working on Annual budgets, Forecasts (Qtrly/ Monthly)
Regularly update the FP&A managed files in Google drive
Assisting controller in month end closing and audits

04 ~06 years of experience preferably in Apparel/Retail/Manufacturing industry;
Good analytical, data management skills and ability to understand the business.
Perform well at any situation and be able to handle a number of key tasks at a time
Energetic, dedicated and enthusiastic work approach combined with good self management (without constant direct supervision) to meet deadlines and to do what it takes to get the job done.
Strong interest and drive to identify/build and meet customer needs plus cultural empathy and team-player attitude to operate in complex multinational organization
Knowledge in Oracle,Qlikview, Google drive environment would be an advantage
Sound knowledge of Computer applications like MS Office specially MS Excel.
