We are having opportunity for Associate & Assistant Manager (CA Final) for Assurance-Shared Services Team, Noida Location.

Job Description: Associate / Assistant Manager

Principal Responsibilities:
Assisting in executing audit work with respect to areas assigned by seniors
Reporting to seniors on timely basis in respect of any observation
Escalate issues and problems, articulate clearly to onsite team
Document the execution of audit procedures as defined by engagement objectives, onsite team’s work allocation and planned audit approach.
Seek to understand the overall process and objective before beginning to work on it
Compare efficiency of audit procedures performed across different clients and suggest ideas for improvement

Job Specifications and Experience:
Multi-task, learn on the job and commitment towards meeting deadlines
Should understand “audit” and its reporting requirements along with maintaining holistic view on a big picture
Should have professional skepticism and ability to challenge the information provided by the client
Should have good knowledge about accounting standards/IND AS and auditing standards
