Job Description

As a Assistant Manager / Manager, Finance & Accounts you will be responsible for monitoring accounting operations including banking, investments and taxation. Overseeing the implementation of new initiatives in Finance, as well as review and monitor, the internal process controls.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
• Prepare and monitor reconciliation reports
• Oversee the receivables & payable management system
• Represent organizations financial compliance to Auditors, Regulatory Authorities (TDS, GST, PF, ESI) along with any submissions and forecasts, including monthly / annual closing reports. Ensuring all statutory timelines are met with 100%
• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports including projections
• Create and present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company

Your Skills and experience

Your Experience and qualifications

• You have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field and are a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2 3 years of post-CA experience
• You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• You are willing to work in a highly-result driven team environment
• You are a highly-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills
• You have knowledge of budgeting, cash management, and financial analysis processes
• You have knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, practices, and procedures
• You have the ability to create spreadsheets and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and accounting software
